Add roof coverings and trims
Choose a roof covering, adjust its thickness and add fascia and soffit details.

0:00Choose a covering
In Roof and ceiling, scroll to Roof build-up. Choose a covering such as Tiles or Slate. The 3D roof changes to show your selection. These choices help communicate the roof finish in your drawing.
0:15Adjust covering thickness
When a covering is selected, a Thickness field appears below it. Enter the value you need in millimetres. Here, we use one hundred and twenty for this fictional example.
0:27Add fascia and soffit
Scroll to Eaves and trims. Turn on Fascia and Soffit, then use their settings to refine the detail. Return to the model to see the finished roof together with the walls.
