Draft a framed enclosure with the drawing assistant

Describe a rectangular enclosure, connected access chambers and equipment, then check the editable preview.

Why this can happen

The assistant needs dimensions and placement choices. A drawn enclosure arrangement is not a verified work method or a certified seal.

What to do

  1. Open your drawing, choose AI assistant → Drawing changes, and select Draft an enclosure or write your own brief.
  2. Give inside width and depth, wall height, and which walls should have airlock and baglock openings. Specify stage count, chamber size and any dogleg layout. For example, request a 6 m × 5 m inside enclosure, 2.4 m high, with separate three-stage 1 m chambers outside the south wall.
  3. Ask for inside blue polythene, and state whether you want the floor and ceiling sheeted. Name equipment and capacities, such as a 1500 m³/hour NPU and Class H vacuum, with positions. Request routes after equipment placement.
  4. Choose Preview changes. Answer any missing-detail question, review the dimensions, connections and warnings, then refine the preview if needed. Choose Apply changes only when the arrangement matches your brief.
  5. Check the result in 2D and 3D. Selected → Enclosure ceiling turns its polythene ceiling on or off. The roof visibility control gives a cutaway view. Select a connected airlock or baglock to see its opening link; move that opening to move the chamber along the wall, or choose Detach and position freely.
  6. Moving the temporary room carries its generated equipment and routes. After changing individual openings or equipment, select an affected route and choose Recalculate linked route, then check clean-side access. Choose Use manual route to take over the path yourself. Use Undo to reverse an edit and wait for Saved before leaving.

Check before you continue

Rectangular drafting with illustrative timber framing, inside sheeting, supported catalogue chambers and plan routes. It does not design structural support, prove airtightness, size ventilation, or complete site-specific seals and penetrations. Complex building roofs, irregular rooms and resizing an existing room need manual tools. A competent person must review the complete arrangement for the work.
