0:00Switch to 3D

Want to check how your drawing looks in three dimensions? Choose three D in the top bar. The editor shows the same room and assets from your two D plan.

0:10Find the view options

The ceiling covers the room's interior. Open View options using the eye button near the top-right corner of the canvas. Find the row for the storey you want to inspect.

0:22Hide the roof for a cutaway

Choose the roof control for that storey to reveal the interior. This hides the roof in the view; it doesn't delete it. Choose the control again to bring it back.

0:33Compare the views together

Choose Split to see the two D plan beside the three D view. Use this to compare the layout with its model. Choose two D or three D to return to a single view.
