Build a partial scaffold soffit enclosure
Set the scaffold deck and stair access, then position a partial enclosure, three-stage chambers and external NPU at the intended levels.

0:00Take the partial enclosure up to scaffold level
Here's a partial soffit enclosure at scaffold level. We'll adapt the saved ground-level drawing, add the scaffold and stairs, then align the chambers and ducting. This walkthrough uses a fictional house.
0:131. Set the building and working heights
Start with a saved copy of the partial enclosure lesson. Set the building's wall height for this example, then select the enclosure items in Layers. Set each frame and main membrane elevation to four thousand millimetres: the working deck height used here.
0:302. Keep the enclosure pieces together
Raise the airlock, baglock and NPU to the same deck level. The short header sheets sit two metres above that level, so their elevation is six thousand millimetres. The fascia attachment remains associated with the house roof edge.
0:453. Draw and size the scaffold
Choose Scaffold, then Run, and drag along the enclosure side in plan view. Select the new run in Layers. Set two lifts, with a two-metre first lift and typical lift. Choose six boards, then enter the run length and position. These controls set the schematic model's footprint and deck height.
1:074. Add the airlock and baglock platforms
Duplicate the scaffold run for the airlock platform. Resize and position it beneath the three chambers, leaving an approach at the clean entrance. Duplicate again for the baglock platform, rotate it ninety degrees and set its length. Review the junctions and run ends where the platforms meet.
1:265. Connect the stair towers
Find Stair Tower in Assets. Set its width, depth, height and rotation, then align the top landing with the airlock approach platform. Add a second tower for the baglock side. These are generic planning models, so choose the real access arrangement from your project's scaffold design.
1:456. Align the duct and route heights
The NPU stays outside at the opposite end, with its intake meeting the enclosure opening. Set the duct's centre height to the outlet height. Raise the transit and waste route points onto their approach platforms. Route lengths follow the drawn path, including changes in height.
2:047. Inspect and save the partial layout
Switch to three D and inspect the deck, upper fascia return, three-stage access chambers and external NPU. Save this as its own drawing version. Use the model to communicate the arrangement alongside your project-specific enclosure and scaffold specifications.
