0:00A separate key for your document
Need the drawing key on its own? This lesson shows how to preview and download a separate legend image, ready to place beside your plan in a document.
0:10Choose Key only
Open Export from the drawing toolbar. Under Export scope, choose Key only. Keep PNG selected for a crisp image. The dialog shows how many entries the key will contain.
0:24Preview before downloading
Choose Preview export. The new review window shows the generated key. Zoom in to check that the symbols, descriptions and counts are readable. Use Back to settings if you want to change the export.
0:38Download the key image
When the preview is ready, choose Download key PNG. Open the downloaded image to check it, then insert it into your document. Choose Done to return to the drawing.
