0:00Open the drawing key
Want to choose what appears in the exported legend? Open View options and choose Show key. The key lists the different items in your drawing, with a count beside each entry.
0:11Hide a selected entry
Use the eye button beside the entry you want to exclude. Its tooltip says Hide from key. Here, we hide the Room entry. The row becomes faded and crossed out, and the message below confirms it will be left out of exports. The room itself remains in the drawing.
0:28See the exported result
Open Export and keep Include key enabled for the full drawing. In the downloaded image, the room is still shown, but its legend entry is absent. The same choice applies when you export Key only. That separate legend also leaves out the hidden entry.
0:45Restore the entry
To include the entry again, return to the key and use Show in key beside the crossed-out row. It returns to the legend and will appear in your next export.
