Place and adjust scaffold models
Find scaffold assets, customise a stair tower and position it in a 3D planning layout.
Before you start: Know how to select an item and switch between 2D and 3D. This lesson uses a fictional planning model.

0:00Find the scaffold models
Open Assets and search for scaffold. The Scaffolding collection includes stair towers, ladder access bays, birdcage scaffolds and more. Click the Stair Tower card to place one, then open Selected.
0:15Adjust the stair tower
Use the Scaffold section to set the tower’s lift count and heights. In Position and size, adjust its coordinates and rotation. Here, we turn the tower through ninety degrees and position it beside the run.
0:28See the models together
Switch to 3D to see the tower alongside the scaffold. Select either item to refine it. You can use the same asset-library workflow to explore the other scaffolding models available in the editor.
