Example workflow: recreate an enclosure drawing in 12 minutes

This is an illustrative workflow showing how a planner might rebuild a typical plant-room enclosure in AsbestoPlan. Times vary by complexity — use it as a benchmark, not a guarantee.

Minutes 0–3: Room and enclosure shell

Draw the room outline. Add enclosure walls and polythene zones on the snap grid. Upload a floor-plan backdrop if you have one on a paid plan.

Minutes 3–8: Assets and routes

Place airlock, baglock and NPU. Add decontamination and waste routes. Drop warning signs at entry points.

Minutes 8–10: 3D check

Switch to 3D and orbit the layout. Adjust anything that looks wrong from the operative's eye level.

Minutes 10–12: Export

Add title block details. Export 2D plan and 3D visual with scene key. Drop both into the RAMS pack.
