Measurements or labels have disappeared
Find the global, room and object visibility settings that control annotations.
Why this can happen
Global display choices and individual object settings can both hide annotations.
What to do
- Open More and check Labels and the automatic dimension display options.
- Select the room and review its measurement display settings. Room measurements and separately placed dimension lines have different controls.
- For a placed label or dimension, check whether its object or layer is hidden.
- Use Preview export to check the final annotation visibility before downloading.
Check before you continue
Room measurements use internal wall faces; standalone wall lengths use the centreline. Overall spans of an irregular room are not the length of every individual wall.
